Sessie 32: Eerste test met de W-44 2011, en dat beviel goed! Helaas stond ik na een hardloopsessie met kar, een sjouwtocht met plank tegen de wind, net iets te klein, de SMS alert niet goed gelezen..grrrr & :-) Het wad blijft altijd prachtig!

PR day !! Very nice day at the first sandbank of Groningerbalg. Wanted to go to the third bank with the other guys but was too late to join. So i went to the first bank with Gerlof and Dylan. All three we went out with the 5.8 burt with different board sizes. For me the 49 was the right one today.To get to the course we had to surf through big waves, but ones behind the bank there was plenty space to build up the speeds. I got one very good gust witch almost brought me at 80 at the GPS. Very happy with the speeds Gerlof and Dylan thanx for the nice company !!

A nice session although I expected more wind. And usually the wind is more stable from this direction. It was quite difficult to get up some decent speed runs in. Short gusts and not very strong. But it was nice get out on the water again.

The weather is cold for the time of the year. I saw someone with cap and gloves but also a boy in shorty...

Korte after work sessie. 

Wilde voor een uurrecord gaan, maar helaas schoot het al snel met een gijpje in mn rug waardoor ik de poging moest afbreken. 

Hierna nog wel redelijk halve wind kunnen varen, maar het voelde allemaal niet echt fantastisch. 
Gelukkig kwam het zonnetje er nog wel bij, het was ondanks de temperatuur van 9 graden erg aangenaam op het water en op de kant!

Voor het eerst met de 33 cm lange Crossfire, jeej, wat een verschil, compleet andere set in vergelijking met de 31 cm Caspar die eerder met genoemd board en zeil voer. Set loopt veel losser en hoger op het water.

Heerlijk middagje: eerst zelf gevaren, toen een paar platen geschoten en weer de plank op. Niet echt met snelheid bezig geweest maar gewoon heerlijk cruisen richting Harderwijk. Topmiddagje vrij gesmokkeld, vond dat ik het wel verdiend had.
