the new guy (37314km): iSonic 90, Loft Switchblade 6.3, 32cm Goldwing Kurnell, 20-30, gusting 35 Well that was just silly. It was a steady 25 knots when I got there so I rigged the 6.3 and worked my way up to Quibray Bay to try to escape the brutal northerly swell/chop. Of course once I got up there it was gusting 30-35 and I was wondering how I was going to get back downwind. I managed some long bearaways in the lulls, but still chickened out of the harness lines a couple of times. Not much across the wind today, all upwind/downwind. There's even more roadworks going on down there, and there were no parks left whan I arrived at about 12:00, so I rigged further down the road. Aside from the HUGE bindis, it's a great spot to rig. Remember - bring your thongs...

Larko (11468km): Narrabeen Lake, NSW, AU Late get out on a rapidly dying NW, W, WSW, NNNW, fark!!!! Chris was struggling to get going on a 5.5, just horrible gusty wind then overpowered. I went out and thought this will be good but wind kept dying and swinging. Cant win a trick at the moment. At least it was nice on the water when all the boats and westerly weirdo's pissed off. Highlight?? boardies and rashy, sigh!! Falcon 112, Evo IV 6.4, custom weedy 25.
conan (20121km): kurnell windy wnw , very choppy, copped a flogging.
Roar (11958km): Primbee, NSW, AU got down there at 12 30 just as the wind started building .riged a 7.8 then derigged it antd put up a 5.5 - great choice. JP slalom 59 / 18 cm delta / 5.5 rd slalom. Somefirst 30 min i was out by myself and perfect billiardtable water with 25 knots took a good hour or so to get my harness lines dialed inthen started getting some good bear aways. Still not very good at picking the right gust but definately improvingin consistancy. Sailed till 4 pm when started to cramp up all over .
Lee Condell (1293km): Gusty Westerly and had been blowing solid 30+ before I got there, but started backing off. Pretty bumpy, but nice to get out anyway. Sand Point, Palm Beach, NSW, AU
