Tough day. Not sure how I didn't break my neck on that chop. Glad to get a PB for my trouble.

5.5 RSR evo2, custom speed board.

Couldn't really get settled. Something wasn't quite right, then things got worse. My afternoon ended with a looong walk home after my mast snapped. Just when the wind kicked in again too.

Primbee, NSW, AU  E to Ne to N to NW to W to WSW , 0 - 35 knots !

Started with the JP and the 7m with the wind all over the place. Got a couple runs over to Goosebury, and then the wind picked up so changed to the W49 with the 5.6m. Hard to find a good patch of flat water. Totally scary getting to top speed and then hitting the chop.

The MXR 20/50 was awesome.

Great team turnoutSmile

Great set of numbers all round fellas. Makes me proud to be an Illawarra Speedster.  Keep an eye on tomorrow's Mercury - there was a photographer there in the early afternoon getting some snaps of the action and the smoke from the fire for tomorrows Mercury.

MT - you are just a machine - every time you step onto the water you seem to relentlessly crank out a forty something without fail.  Gives us mere mortals something to aspire to!!

Bushy nailed it with his description- butt clenchingly scary to hit some of that chop at 35+ knots.  I need to swallow some cement next time and HTFU!!!

Saw Al (Crash Splash) sneaking around - I dare say if/when he posts we may see some more PBs.
