Primbee, NSW, AU   A 20kt + NE this arvo and no where to hide from the chop. Worn out by 3.30, had to stop.

Hey Tex, went looking yesterday morning for Keefs log, found another tractor tyre, marked it with a branch,

but when I got back to the van to get a marker bottle the branch had fallen over, went back out but could not find it.

Nearly same location as other one, try again next low tide. Found a 50cm long hardwood block near Keefs goggle map.

2nd day of the NSW Raceboard titles. Started to get a bit hectic for the raceboards in the 4th race and turned into survival sailing. Then Changed onto the shortboard for a bit of a blast. Congrats to bushfire for taking out the title!

Day 2 of the NSW Raceboard Champs - another 4 races, in pretty full-on conditions. Started with the SV RB 9.5m sail for the first 2 races but the sail was clearly out of it's comfort zone. Switched over the the SV R2 9.5m with the MxR Katana 44cm and this combo handled the conditions well (I was less convincing!Smile). The main thing with 20 knots + on a raceboard (with choppy water) is being able to handle the transitions with the sail - non -rotating inducers are a nightmare. The phantom handles the conditions well.

All in all a good regatta for me.Cool
