Port Sorrell, TAS, AU

Good decision to come down to Port Sorrell.Great session with Todd from TSS. Izaak made it down later on too. Kept doing the runs and bit by bit I equalled my 36 PB. The wind was mostly NW to slightly WNW and picked up to about 20-30knots.Pretty stoked with the result.

Falcon SL79 BP 22 speed, 5.5 Vapor.

Todd and Izaak looking fast on water. How Izaak could be on a 6.5 is amazingTongue out

Shared a beer or two with Todd after to celebrate!

My tracks below.

A couple of picks on the day.

This one's Izaak on his 6.5

This one's me.

Last one's Todd.

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU Hi, had a great little session this afternoon sailed with Pete and Mick they seem to fly constantly.

I think I may need a bigger sail again but am having a blast learning had a few good stacks again, I need to stop laughing before impact. Ha Ha. Forecast looks fun for tomorrow arvo if anyone is free it'd be great to see you.

Gosford, NSW, AU - NE 12-18 knots and gusty. Used the H2 8.2 + JP 122L + JP 36cm weedie.

A late short sail with Paul D. and Paul C. in a shifty and gusty NE breeze, that was a bit strong & sometimes too strong for the H2 8.2m. However I did have a few nicely powered up runs but could not find any flat water today. Nice to sail with the Pauls x 2.

Cheers Marauders.

Gosford, NSW, AU Caroline Bay. 5-20 knot NE. Very gusty and inconsistent. JP Slalom viii 78 with Sailworks NX 8.2 race sail. Had a fun sail with Wayne Bailey and Paul Caska.

Yeah, thanks everyone for the kind comments. And Thanks Mick for putting in a post today!Cool Good to get some points on the board for the team.

I really wished there was another Marauder down here and posting!!( Still waiting for Peter's last post from Tuesday at Stanley). It'd bring our score up some more.

This spot is more accessable than Stanley and I'm sure there would be better days to be had with the right wind.Tide was going out when we hit it, and the run got longer as the wind picked up.Got a bit choppier as it came in too, but the bullets coming into the bearaway were fantastic.Very smooth and so nice to ride.My last run was the PB run, and I knew it when I stopped, even before looking at the GPS! WHOOO HOOO!!

Got more wind than we expected today. I'm sure Izaak will have an awesome post from today too. You can now see why the TSS guys will be hard to beat!

About one more good day left on the forecast for tomorrow. Unless the weekend forecast improves, we'll be playing tourist again until we return home next TuesdayCry( unless Sandy has a good forecast!)Smile Cheers.
