Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. Hi all had a crappy (pardon the pun) sail after suffering gastro all day, I was unable to say no to the froth thanks to Micks urgency. I did manage a long run on the plane but had heaps of trouble controlling the big board in so much chop(unable to head to shallows due to massive fin) I did see lots of guys up in the shallows and I hope there was lots of marauders as the wind had some oomff to it. I checked the rankings we are up to tenth for oz as a team and not shaw if we are usually better than that or not but I reckon our team is great, go hard all Marauders lets bring the year home strong and god bless you all, and windsurfing in general.

Full arm chair sailing, so fucking flat, just wanted that little bit more, pushing you to overpowered. 6.6 Koncept 92 jp slalom 21 Delta slalom. Best fins ever!!!! Go Marauders and Merry Xmas Team. Awesome session at Queens Lake. Consistent Ne 15 knots. Used 7.3m Hot sails Gps with Ray 125 for the hour in the middle of the lake, then changed to F2 sx medium and sailed up to the mud bank for some speed runs, but wind was very gusty and was fading so not much success.Still got plenty of runs on the flat water.

Good sail today with Mick at Peel st, super flat!!!

Carbon Art 117, Loft 7.3m & 23cm delta fin.

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU - NE 20-25 knots. NP 6.5 V8 + JP 112L + 31cm JP weedie.

What a honking arvo....should have had a tad more downhaul on as I was getting lifted out of the water a few time by the gusts and had trouble holding the JP 112L down. But I kept on going and had a reasonable session, except for when I decided to have a rest near the second green channel marker and jumped off thinking it would be waist deep but it was over my bloody head. So i had to tread water while I turned the rig and board around for about 3-4 minutes which was not much of a rest at friggin' all. Sheet!

Sailed with Paul D, Mick K, Matty D, Sue, Tibor, Bruce and some other lads who I did not know. A nice arvo at Budgie.

Now I need a beer and a rest.

Booti Booti, NSW, AU The Tassie trip was great and many thanks for the hospitality of the local guys, Barry, Ian, Geoff and Todd. I look forward to returning the hospitality if you are in this area in the future. Great sailing Gabe at Port Sorell for the 38kts. While the water may not be as flat as Tassie and the wind not as strong it was good to get back to some warmer conditions at Booti.

Gosford, NSW, AU. Budgewoi Lake. Great Windsurfing! NE 20 with 25 knot gusts. JP Slalom ix 112 and JP Slalom ix 102 with Sailworks NX 7.1 race sail. Wasn't interested in alpha racing or 1 hour today just interested in the speed runs so I kept stopping in the shallows in the centre of the lake to wait for big gusts to head back on broad reaches behind the shallows. I'll have to get a Delta fin Mick so I can sail the shallows and do better than 32+. Sailed with the Marauders and friendly locals and Wayne Bailey. Merry Xmas Marauders. Special thanks to Mark Hampton for all the helpwith my GPS problems.

Overpowered and out of control on the 5.5 - too much wind and chop.

On my second run hit 30+ knots and crashed. Too battered and scared to sheet in after that.
