Lovely wind, thought I might just crack 30knots, which I have never done at Peli Pt -- but not quite.

This session could be titled "101 ways to stuff up a gybe". My worst gybing session for ages.

I thought I might make it easier on myself by using a RAF sail but I really missed my Koncepts!

I guess the motto could bve stick to what you are used to.

Late sail with Lao, wasn't expecting much wind today so a bonus fun session.

Getting a gust long enough for an alpha was a challenge, but finally got a half-decent speed with the MXR fin.

How good was that! I thought today was going to skunk but it nuked instead.

To much weed in the flat water so I went for naughties across the river. I was getting my ass handed to me out in the middle of the river with massive chop rolling through. The fastest nm was my first run out before it really kicked in. The other runs got cut short by either weed or me chickening out. I think a smaller sail would have been quicker for nm today.

Pretty happy to get a 33kt 2 sec in the middle of the river with such rough water.

Trouty was rigging his wave gear when I called it

Unexpectedly good session with JJ.

Tried hard for alphas and had a bunch over 24. Highest min speed was a 17.26 down the jetty end but crossed over!

Realspeed gave me a 25.27 for another at 52m! (but still would not have been a PB!) a 25+ at 65  and a 24.3 at 50m

Had the cross wind speed today with a few 30+ and a 31.5+ but couldn't string it all together!

Best run was a 37.08 display to JJ's 37.12. Realspeed gave me a 36.93 but just to annoy JJ this is posted from KA72!

Best 10sec was a peaky 35.03

LB 6.3, is90, choco 27 weed (might have to try a new approach!)

Mettams to Sorrento, 4.2 Ezzy wave, Kombat 79.

Late start due to some other comittments. Nice little cruisy run (not), pretty wild there today. In the morning it looked like a lake but by 5 oclock the wind waves had built up quite a lot. Got knocked over by a wall of white water on an outside jybe - cant remember that happening before. Some nice downwind wave fun and 4.2 was just right most of the time. The problem wasnt the size of the wind waves but the frequency, they were so close together that it was hard to find the gap to jybe into to catch the next one. Lot of fun! felt like more but was only 57 minutes on the water, sun a bit too low for my liking at the end.
