Queens Lake, NSW, AU

Sailed with Steve. Got to the Lake at about 10.15 am. Wind still from the North. Rigged up the 8.3m with the 127 IS.

Wind started to come in from the ENE. Went out and had a good time with the big gear. Sailed to about 1.50pm went in to get a drink and call it a day. Ankle still a bit swollen. So took it easy and went home. Fun Day sailing with Steve.

ISonic 127, 8.3m VMG, JP 42cm weed. ( No Weed today )

Nice sail at Queens Lake. Slow start to the day with 5-12 knot Ne for the first couple of hours, then gradually picked up to a consistent 12 -15 knots. Good to see captain Mark back on the water.

Fanatic Ray 125, Hot sails 7.3m Gps, Jp 36cm weedy.

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. Best sailing I've done to date, felt comfortable and balanced for the first time, came in and still had energy, didn't fall in tacks and jibes where reasonable. No planning as wind was to light but a great learning day sailed with Pete Mick and Carl was just leaving. Can't wait for just abit more breeze I think I like the new Cheeta Ezzy 9.5 as the power in the gust is large! Froth on all

Gosford, NSW, AU - Caroline Bay. NE 5-8 knots with the rare 10 knot squirt. You know those days where you expect something to happen, well this wasn't one of them! Nothing happened!! NP 8.2 H2 + JP 122L + 36 cm weedie.

Got about 5 gybes in, the rest were tacks. Dogging along off the plane most of the time but every once in a while a squirt would come through tempting you to stay out just that bit longer. I was sucked in by that and had a less than outstanding session. Still a sail is better than none. Sailed with Paul Caska who is always keen.

Cheers Marauders.

Boggy Lake, SA, AU

Sailed at my old stomping ground in SA. 18 - 20 knots and very choppy conditions. The locals were having a race day, good to see the sport is still going strong in SA. 116 F2 Stoke 6.4 NP and 38cm freeride fin.

Mr Froth,

I really love your enthusiasm! Keep it up. You remind me of how excited I was when I first started windsurfing (at the tender age of 41). And, then, finally, that magic day when you finally plane for the first time. Wow!! You never forget it.

Every day sailing is always a great day. Glad you are getting such a buzz. Keep it up.

It really is a fantastic and rewarding sport for everyone who encompasses it. Just look at how many old farts are still out there sailing these days. They still love it after decades....and still have refused to join the local lawn bowls or croquet.

Keep charging Frothie.

Onya Frothie and thanks for you to keep looking for my car key.

I think if you keep going like this you will be planing on a smaller board in some big westery or SW winds later thus year.
