Fun day with lots of the regulars. Used 7m blade with 111 falcon. Not sure what the wind was. To many ports :-)

Boggy Lake, SA, AU  PROBABLY 15-23 IN THE GUSTS, GARETH WENT OUT ON A 6.5 SO I RIGGED 5.2 HELLCAT ON EXERCET 58, GREAT IN THE GUSTS BUT SPENT TOO MUCH TIME IN THE WATER IN THE LULLS.  WENT UP BY THE REEDS, COULDNT GET A GOOD DOWNWIND GUST SO WENT BACK TO CHANGE UP, JUST AS THE WIND PICKED UP WENT BACK OUT AND GOT INTO ONE GOOD GUST FOR THE BEST RUN OF THE DAY.  GOOD CREW FOR A MID WEEK SAIL ALMOST LIKE SATURDAYS 

Went out on my hifly madd had not used it for a few years...great board to sail so easy. Rigged the 6.5 and my smaller fins hoping for a bit more wind or for it to fill in was not expecting to move but was able to get planing so decided to say out would have got better numbers with a bigger sail but i had a comfortable enjoyable sail on the 6.5......think i might have fooled a few into rigging smaller  as i am usually a meter bigger than most. As usual after I came in after sailing for 2.5 hours the wind kicked in!

Could not get going, underpowered. Pretty lazy in NOT wanting to chage sails lol!!
