great day, long day, i'll write something more tomorow. or the next day
back in perth now and its freezing, have to wear shoes so not too happy. tuesdays was a great sesion using the 7.1 this time and the same board and fin as previous day, wanted to do a bit of testing the race vs koncept for speed. should have really used the 6.2 from monday for pure top end as it was really blowing when i got there but it was all packed up as i was flying out at 6pm. the 7.1 handled the wind really well and i never felt overpowered. it seemed to be pushing the board down a bit though and cost me in the 2 second stakes but that extra downforce really helped hold the board down in the gybes so happy camper. cam was flying again but we never really got enough wind and flat water like the previous day to capitalize. hopefully back in a few weeks time.
