Sailed with Billy today...who sailed the best I had seen him sail.
He was on fire and hopefully will get a pb somewhere in his scores.
I had a 29.4 on the dial and as you can see went back to 28.36????
Anyway all was good .

Awesome day out today. Couldnt track down me old sailing partner Freddy Burke, early in the piece. Couldnt decide whether to rig big or go the conservative route. In the end , that stars aligned and what a day it turned out to be. With Big Ed's words still ringing in my ears from last weeek.."if in doubt, rig big", I resisted the conservative approach, crank an extra cm of downhaul on the 7.5 T4 and prepared the "Blue Bomber" for and afternoon of excitement.
Found the local soup kitchen to be around a steady 15 knts, with what appeared to be a reasonable wind line out wide. Had a reasonable hours sailing to start the afternoon, no where near over powered and "Holloways Smooth" for an out going tide - I really do marvel at how easy the "Blue Bomber" is the sail. She just stuck to the task at hand, which was to crack a 27 knt 2 Sec and a distance PB - mission accomplished.  Real good to be able to spend the arvo and share the accomplishment with Fast Fred Burke who cracked 29 knts - a "Soup Kitchen" PB for the big fella - Bloody well done mate. It was a pleasure spending the arvo on the water with you.

Great day sailing at green with Bindi and Billy Gi, A bit cool at first with a nice blanket of cloud, but it cleared through the day making for very nice conditions.
Wind around 20knts and nice tide all day!
Used Isonic 90 and Overdrive 6.7
