3694 days ago Hit the water at 2pm with the speed board and 6.3 but sooo gusty and hard to get up wind so I came in and changed down to the 5.6. A lot easier but unfortunately always looking for more power off the wind. Still had many, many nice runs 2 m from the breakwall in dead flat water.

3694 days ago Wellington Point, QLD, AU Mistral Sl 137, RB 7.8, BP 42.5 till 1.00pm then changed down sail and fin to Mistral Bullet 7.0 and BP 37.5
After 2 weeks in the Pilbara, todays forecast was very welcome and for once it delivered. I hit the water at 11.50 and got out at 4.50 with a few breaks in between. My new Sl 112 will not be delivered until the end of October, so I only had the Queen Mary to take advantage of the 15 to 20 kt NE sea breeze. Great afternoon, it didn;t matter that by the time the bank came out the wind began to ease and the bank got a bit conjested with kites. It was great to get out in a nice seabreeze. Hopefully more tomorrow.

3694 days ago Wellington Point, QLD, AU, Falcon 111, Nash Freeride 6.5 and Curtis fin 43cm. Wind was still good, when I came down, so I rigged the 6.5 instead of the 7.5. Of course it slackened off, when I had rigged up, but I had enough to have a good time and doing some gybes. I am hoping I can get out of bed tomorrow, which I doubt I would have been able to do, if I had rigged the 7.5. Some of the Mob and a lot of the BC boys were at Wello today.
