Just as well I accidentally left the 7.5 at home, because the wind picked up after I hit the water and it would have been too much. More wind than I was expecting. First time I have used a pointer in ages. It took quite a bit of adjustment of technique.

Light wind, but at least some. Just right for a short sail to try out my repaired 7.5m Turbo. It seemed quite good, certainly better for new battens and repairs.

Xfire 114, 34 weedy

I actually sailed more than this, but my GT-31 recoreded it as two separate sessions and I do not know how to combine them.

Great wave session with the Master, Decrepit!

5 star experience! VIP parking, rig up on the lush green turf, tour of the reef.

Some nice head high sets with only 4 plus a couple of kites out. Best wave session in ages.

Called it when the kite combat became a bit much and it swung S.

Then get to see the fin art gallery as an after sail bonus. Thanks!Laughing

Met a guy on the beach in a neck brace. Broke his neck kiting! Too young to be the guy from Liptons. Crashed in to the rocks at Pyramids near the cut. Says he will never kite again but has already bought a new windsurf board for when he has recovered!

First wave session with the Loft Purelip and very impressed. Really like the way it feels so light in the turns. Feels like the 4.7 4 batten but still has the power of the 5 batten. Only downside is the reinforcement in the window makes it hard to see the wave through in our late afternoon sun and with sunglasses but I can live with that.

Purelip 5.4, Rider 100

Lucky to be in the best spot: Nanga Bay. Still choppy though. Strted with 6.5 about noon. I think I did 20 for an hour. Changed to 5.4 and was heading for distance. Close to 60nm my harness line broke. Going for spare I could hardly lift my arm. Decided to call it a day. Will post when I have a chance.
