Good afternoon at Elwood with Jak and Kgb and the Elwood crew.

Turned out a good afternoon to test the Cheetah in a bit stronger and chopier conditions than I usually use a 7m in, actually came in to change down when the wind was gusting to 24-25 but before I had time to even rig my 5m it had dropped back again so stayed with the 7m.

I did turn my GPS off and back on again when I was rigging my 5m so ended up with 2 files so just added the km traveled to the 1st file.

Elwood, VIC, AU, late arvo session with Jerry, Alex, George and the usual Elwood crew. Arrived around 5pm to only enjoy the tail end of the breeze (due to other commitments), just enough to slot in about an hour of solid sailing. Started with the barge when wind dropped slightly but then took the Rocket for more comfort in the chop. Back on the barge at the end until it was all over.  The chop made it hard to reach good speeds, but a nice couple of gybes made up for it.
