Fun session in the first westerly of the season.

Lots out for a week day Johnny, Jamie, Rick, Andrew, Sue, Russ and Pete and Wayno later.

Started on the Bic with 36cm JPweedy and 7.3m loft then changed to The red CA with a 31cm JP Weedy.

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU - did the arvo shift (2pm) at 7th Ave today only because all the early birds used up most of the wind and had all the good parks, serves me right for being late....anyway I rigged the 6.6 GPS with the JP 112L and a 31cm weedie.

Kept Bruce and Tibor company and we were joined by Pete as well. Wind was still blowing a bit as we rigged, but we were wrong in our choices.

Nice sail for about 10 minutes and then it just faded away till there was just about nothing.

Cheers All.

Nice day great to get on the water cruising on wallis lake. The Yellow Sub seems to be getting slower as the days go by. Still had fun with the Sub and a 5.9 GPS.

Trial Bay, NSW, AU

A great day of windsurfing with Phil, Tony and Barry on Trial Bay. Westerly wind 15 knots which is just perfect for that bay, a bit choppy but was still great fun. F2 Fanatic 116 and NP 6.4 sail

Wallis Lake, NSW, AU. First sail since Lake George and so out of condition. A great sunny day, and a very gusty WNW wind. Sail and board too small for the lulls but just right in the gusts. Good fun with great friends!

Sailing Club, Wallis Lake, NSW, AU

First sail for quite sometime.Typical gusty westerly wind. Don't miss these winds at all. Feeling out of nick after such a long break.Out with Bill, Anton, Ella, Pete, Rob and chris, plus a few kiters. Wind finally freshened up after a lighter start. West wind at about 15-20k. 93, 10.5, 6.2.

Impressive speed in the video!

I had a good stack on the horse once- bucked off and pile driven into the dirt head first and was helicoptered to hospital. I was getting videod at the time but he missed it.Yell .I still don't know exactly what happened but assumed the order of events.Smile

Looks like there's was plenty of wind down south. Bit light up here but still fun- and a good direction.  Here's a few blurry phone pics of Tbay.

Hey Sue, west winds can be fun- albeit choppy. Nor-east or n-n-e are the front runners though.
