Back on the water after about 3months off, a bit rusty at first. Tried the new fin out and went much better. Fairly overpowered on the big gear when I first went out but a good day in the end.

Primbee, NSW, AU       Well after all the talk about the wind for this week I was expecting a full carpark at 9.00

                                  but only Jason turned up early. It was pretty flukey early on so stayed on the freeride gear,

                                   went to the SW and reached 34kts on the permanent wind meter. A good turnout later on

                                   and you should see some good scores from the Gustbusters. The tide was high all day.

Well started the day with will it be worth it...on/off

Went and had a coffee and biscuit with my mate Tex and decideded to go home. As driving past the IYC, no one was moving, then got to Berkeley and the VAN was goning left right and then straight, it looked to be a washing machine in Lake Illawarra U TURN Primbee here I come please dont do what you have the last couple times on/off...

At times was over powered, otherwise was comfortable but did struggle with this MAN FLU....

Got to work Monday morning and it was too windy, so had to cancel the job due to 'Best Practice' safety concerns for high wind conditions. The 5 hrs time off in lieu was definitely worth it today. It was great to be on the water in reasonably good and relatively consistent conditions.
