Melville Beach, WA, AU

Sweet summer afternoon on the tranquil Swan River. Plenty of breeze, not much flat water but good enough for some fun little squirts through the shallows. It seemed to be freshening when I left so expect some solid numbers from around the various speed venues.

Warp 6.3, Manta 49, CL23

Peel Inlet, WA, AU

Really nice sail at liptons with JJ, Lunny, and Tailwind from the Pinnas.

On the water at 2 off at 4 - wind was booting in as i left but i was [as Mineral would say] 'tin fruited'. Need to sail more often!

Some nice runs on starboard tack. NP RSR E5 6.4, 08 F2 SXXS, Tribal weed 23.

Bugger that my 40.1 on the dial got squashed!

Pelican Point, WA, AU

Pretty wild out there today on the medium slalom gear! Heaps of crew out enjoying the wind today with minimal kites! (must have been too windy!)

I dunno how to post my track so any info on how would be appreciated!

Fun arvo sail, just cruising around coodanup...you could fall a sleep here and get good numbers Lots of crew out, awesome to catch up with everyone as well as a blowin from vico-great to see you again daffy. Spent a fair amount of time trying to scrape shrubs out of the gap between the fin and the board- don't think 6 inch weed is all that fast..trailing out the side Mistral91/47 Evo 4 6.4 Delta 19 (these things are shocking but effective)

nice 25kts, only counted 30 kites. No other windsurfers on the bar and there was plenty of water. Started ~3:15. Finished 4:30. Home 5:15 after stopping at the bottle-o. Only an hour late for our guests (winning on the bad host front). Was 6.3m weather so rigged the new 5.5m. M47 and 20cm asy. Had a ball. Cant wait to get powered up on it!!!

Loft racingblade 7.0, patrik 92 v2, zulu 32

Word on the beach was spock did 35.9, so i snuck back out when he wasn't looking and was on a mission! pretty choppy and gusty winds off the point made for adrenalin , reflex testing speed runs then dodge the stink boats at the same time :)

pretty comfy in the end after tuning up. moving harness lines forward for the speed runs actually made the setup feel faster upwind and more twist etc in the sail. back hand pressure converted to acceleration and downforce on the nose blasting through the middle of the river in was much nicer.

Nice to catch up snides, maybe you'll be down more often, next time make sure the delta fits properly first, they work much better without heaps of weed out the side.
