Falcon 90 with 7.0 reflex 4 and a delta 19cm. Very flat and very shallow at budgie today. I was just cruising around having a bit of fun but then a few very nice gusts came through and I got one in the right spot to go for a big bearaway. my body was kind enough to give me a big hit of adrenalin as I pulled away I think I enjoyed the adrenalin more than the bear away lol. That adrenalin is good stuff I need more of it . I'm glad the falcon 90 came through for me it's what I bought it for and it performed very well today.
At one point I was sailing along behind Byron we were both kind of pinching up wind looking for a gust and I was holding on to him pretty well and feeling very pleased with my self and then we picked up a gust and byron pulled away and gunned it so I did my best to follow him and managed to hold to him again so I'm feeling very pleased with myself and feeling very clever at this point. Then I notice Byron's sail is doing the wild thing and I realise he's on his 7.8 and and looking a bit overpowered. Then Byron turns back upwind and I get a look at his board and realise he's on his 110 litre... I'm on a falcon 90 lol that sound you can here is my ballon deflating like a whoopee cushion lol. Was it Julius Ceaser who said all glory is fleeting lol.
I had a blast today though and I was stoked with the PB.

Great NW when i arrived but I was channelling Muz; it died by the time I rigged. Floated for a while/ almost gave up but then it came in quite nicely & had a good hour or so. Heaps out, Mick, Johnny, Matt D, Wayno, Mike, Georgio & Dave. RS1, 6.6, 17 MUF. Getting really shallow, someone put the plug in please.

exocet RS4, Maui TR11 7.7, delta 22cm 37.5 knots and a gear PB
exocet RS2 Maui TR11 7.7, delt 19cm a couple of runs over 38 knots gear pb with that size sail up.
It was light and the gear was perfect for most of the session untill last hr it then came in and I was very powered up would have been alot quicker on the 6.6 so much less drag. wow my arms are hurting I was back hand heavy in some of thoses gusts but so happy with that speed on that size gear.
A 30 plus naughtical must have a jybe in it runs were so short as way to shallow.
Great sail with every one before going to work and now only just geting home.
Life is good.

Patch NW with a few gusts.
Water level very low, so some large super flat areas.
I hit a huge log, fortunately not doing over 30 kts, perhaps mid 20's - still fairly unpleasant
