I really do dislike this sport sometimes - boom yesterday - mast today - pretty much in the same bit of water for both of them. I only hope the mast going through the mast sleeve was the third thing so I have got it all outta the way.
Thanks to all the boys that sailed past to see if I was OK and in particular my new mate (sorry forgot to ask your name) for towing my gear in and Capt Glenn for towing me in.
Also thanks Chriso for the lend of the boom today.

2910 days ago Wello Point. 144 Sartboard C, 6.7m zen, 43cm fin. Wow. Thank goodness I listened to Glynn and rigged down, as I was going to put up a 7.7m. It came in. Met TimTam just before went into water. While out - mast foot came out of board. Needed help from helpful sailor (Adriaan's brother). Then hit chop, and headed to far upwind and wiped out and put knee though lower panel. AAAAHHH. However, it was still a nice short sail...

Started light so sailed Isonic 120, Avanti 8.4 & ERD44 had to head out to sea initially to stay in wind - one run to near Peel Island - Straddie end then a long reach back to Wynnum..
after 100km chanded down to Patrik 115, 7.6 & StII40..
Good fun today..

Nice session until I was severly overpowered. By the time I'd changed down rigs to 7.9, the wind was 20 to 25 and a storm was approaching. I decided to pack up and head home before the hail hit.
