Port Coogee, RRD 108 NCX 7.7, CL2 36. The best way to clear the head. ( few too many last night :))Didn't want anything too hard today so went with the NCX, perfect for an easy cruise. Glad I got out.

Severne Reflex 6, 7.8, Mistral 137, CL 2 38. Great way to start the new year. Happy New Year everyone!

Bit of everything today - few runs towards Pt Resolution, bit of gybing practice and experimenting with the 38CCF

RRD Firestorm 120L with 8.6M GT & 44 MFC

A bit of sail tuning was required as this was the first real test in some gusty conditions.

Initially the sail felt very backhanded but a little outhaul seemed to fix that.

Some racing across the river with Col and the sail performed well against the North Race sail.

Some advise from Sandy and we had another crack which seemed better but we ended up applying more down haul.

I think the wind picked up which also helped the cause, in the end it all felt pretty good

Nice new years day sail at Peli Point, had plenty of fun on the 117L isonic with the 7.8 R8, with the trusty and rusty Vector Volt to keep it going in a straight line.
