Top 10 day on the Island. Bit chuffed with those results. Worked hard all day to love my board and it finally happened....Just a tad perplexed as to why my alpha's didnt register. Thought I nailed quite a few today and was looking forward to seeing the improvement...NOT HAPPY FREDDY BURKE !!!

Ventured out wide to the southern run on a NM run and got in several long runs of pure windsurfing bliss then ventured to close to the snot weed beds and came to an almighty instant stop. Fortunately, no damage. Must remember 40cm fin out wide - not condusive to ideal sailing. Water started to run out at 1300 and swapped down to the TWS31, wind swung around more easterly and lifted to around 18knts at times with the odd scud coming through being pushed in by a storm system out to the east.

Great day with the Morgan family (Bindi had a great day out, bagging 4 Pb's).

Used Custom CA 71/108, 40 Sting 11/31 TWS, 7.5 T4

Futura 111 Gator 7.0 (anniversary present) SW 33

We weren't expecting much from the forcecast this morning as it seemed to have dropped off from yesterday but thanks to my 17th wedding annivesary present had another great day sailing.  Initially thought I would struggle with the 7.0 as the wind picked up through the afternoon but it felt really solid and comforable, cetainly the beautiful GI conditions helped.  Kids also got a quick sail in (guilt slightly alleviated).

Congrats on the PBs Bindi.  I wish I could give my wife a new sail for our Anniversary, but somehow I think I'd be using it to keep me warm at night 😉😂
