YUK, waited at Canton from 10:30 then it seemed to come in around 2ish seemed strong so went to IGRIGBBIGA, Talked into it by mentor Mick? Went across channel ok went back across chanel ready to get over to flats but wind died got back to base and then the heavens unloaded.
All done for a truely miserable day / effort

Started off at Canton and waited in the rain for an hour getting wet and chatting. Saw Andy, Nigel and a few others from Sydney.
Rain cleared so i started to rig but as the wind got stronger and went more South I decided to go over to Buff Pt.
Got to Buff Pt and it looked good with Johnny, Sue, Norm, Micky, Frothie and Pete all keen. Glad I did as it was good in between rain squalls and gusts - even saw Micky have to swim it in when the wind stopped. The rest of us waited for the wind to come back.
