Stocked! New M1’s rock along nicely, only a short blast with foot repairs blowing off after 30 mins but got try a bit of everything and M1’s handled supremely and seemed to convert the gusts with nice manageable punch 😊 Cheers Simon @ Board Crazy!

Only briefly got to say Gday to a few of the crew unfortunately at what looked like a big turnout as I had to run home for a damn meeting….

Had to go to Lismore for work so could not resist a quick sail at Yamba. Lovely conditions with the wind staying NE for most of the afternoon. Tried the speed board for a few runs but not quite enough wind or sail to get any better than the big board.

wow! didnt know planing was that awesome, windsurfing definatly grows on you

thanks jason for rigging my sail, i had so much power is was awesome! At one point i was hanging of the boom.

i thought i went faster than 9 knots though it felt faster anyway on such a light board with my weight.

p.s i was also really tired from exersise i had done earlier in the day

Missed the sail with Trev and his lad, hope u blokes had a good time!

I didn't feel like the low tide walk at Wello and there was a reasonable amount of north in the wind, so I rigged at lota and sailed in the creek. I rigged for comfort and concentrated on alphas while the tide was going out and then tried for speed when the tide turned. Not many in the creek, I was joined at various times by Danny, Simon (1 board 2 sails), Brad and Julien (who sanded his carbon fin by taking a shortcut across the sand bank). This place is alpha heaven when the wind direction is right and the direction was perfect today. All we needed today was 3 or 4 more knots of wind. If it doesn't blow before Christmas, I take this opportunity to wish all GPSTC sailors a merry christmas and a windy new year
