started on 5.5 and FF89 had two runs, blown off the water!!!grabbed my 5.0 off DJ and he rigged the 4.6. Board was a bit too big at times but dont own a smaller slalmom board. Wind was S to SSE in the morning but started swinging around SE and got a little gusty in the afternoon. The last 30 km would have been better on a bigger sail but I was still planing almost all the time. Wanted to get in some long training runs as off to WA next week. Water on the eastern side is so nice at the moment lots more weed growing very clear and hardly any chop. Enjoyable day had some nice runs with DJ, Rob and Chris and a few others came out later. DJ had heaps of fun staying in the shallows on the eastern side practicing freestyle and then would join me for a few runs across the lake.
