Could'nt resist brushing the dust off my smallest sail but wind was too offshore for the train. Had to sail out in the main channel where the conditions were  just CRAZY!!!

One of the top 5 sails of my career. SE 15-19 knots small chop and fantastic long runs from the 5 mile ramp. A great day and I am sure there will be many PBs from other sailors as everyone was going for it.

We got wind. Started on the 107 and went on down to the weed beds at the spit with Glynn good fun, back up to change down to the 90 and have lunch.

Another 75 km and a pb, Glynn then suggested I take the speed board out 1 run and was a little overcooked. Brilliant day on the the waterCool

Thought we had been skunked at the start and was a far cry from the 40+ forecast having to pump on the plan in the beginning. Was also very east and we were considering the northern bank but finally swung around with a bit more south and kicked in a little, best runs were about 5.30pm when everyone headed in.  Good to go for a run with Dillon, Kelly, Daryl and John. And thanks Oma for a couple of PB’s 😊

Day 3 of my storm chasing trip to Burrrum. It blew 25 to 30kts all morning, but by the time the tide had run out enough, the wind has softened to 20 to 25. I was buggered from yesterday so I rigged small. It was a good choice, with the wind building all afternoon with some good gusts when the tide turned and the main run flattened out for some Nms. Chriso, Darryl, Kelly and Dylan came up to share the fun. Tomorrows forecast is 15 to 18kts and the low tide is very late, so I headed home after 3 fun filled days.

great day down there fellas.

I note that the older wiley captain seems 17km's fitter than the younger Mr Keen!!!

Unfortunatly we didn't get a repeat of the breeze at Shorncliffe today - what cyclone.

Fabulous apha and nauty Chris. All my best results were on my last run out and back. It was good fun providing some back up for the jelly beans. I didn't have it in me for that last bash up the river.

I glad you got some good wind today boys. The golden lake is certainly fun in a SEer. Really good pbs, well done with more tomorrow.
