Big day, big lake, big runs, big gear.  Went on a distance mish with Jemo and later Vando, headed up the lake last night and we were up at the crack of dawn and on the water before 7am.  The old GT31 stopped ticking over on the odometer so I was not sure of the kms, ooh so close to the 300 club, wind died anyway so would have been a challenge to get there.  On the big stuff all day, came into change down a couple of times but then always backed off, really quite feeling it now.

Stoked, but rooted. Finally get a chocolate at christmas . Thanks for the loan of the 7.8 Chris after i ripped mine good job i went back out and did another 36 KM's . Longest runs i have ever done. Finally the lake delivered an awesome day. 

Chriso and Vando at the lake with some of the great locals. Spent today foiling not enough energy for more K's
