Well the wind came in about 11am as predicted , took the 5.7m ka koncept on the 71 litre patrik but never lit up , Maree swaped from the 5.2m ka koncept to the 5.7m and i riggerd the ka koncept 6.2m , real nice runs for a while and than it turned on but still just couldnt find the sweet spot today , after chatting with Dion he had found a nice bearaway down wind , i had a few stabs at the run but just get the add on i need to push up the speed.
Big congrads to Dion , massive speed and really sent it into the chop for some great results
Maree is back on fire , Ankle held up and really proud of how she handled the 5.7m when the North westerly hit in up to 30 knots , survival weather for a while , the boat trip back we took on so much water the outboard was half submerged and took ages to get back home .
