Lake Cootharaba, QLD, AU. Nice 2HR session in the 1st Northerly of the season, didn't come in until 2.30 and died just after 4.30. Bit to much west in the wind made it a bit up and down at times, sunny, warm and on 7 mtr so good fun. Out with Paul, Greg, Sam, Chris, Robbo, Adam, Troy, Neil, Phil and a 4 others.          FOX105/31WS/7.0 O/d

Lake Cootharaba, QLD, AU  7.0 M2 Overdrive/114 V9 RRD/ 37.5 BP. Arrived just after the wind picked up and swung to the NNW. Unsure what gear to take. Smaller board would probably been better but 114 was still very nice. Tried for an hour with Pete so really enjoyed heading up close to top of lake. Wind was really cranking up near Teewah jetty and water was rough. dropped a gybe and got caught in some light wind a couple of times. I really need to get a watch to help with my hour. Out sailing with Pete, Greg, Chris, Neil, Phil, Robbo and a couple of others. Short lived late session but super nice to be on the big lake after our first hot day

Ripper sessions there guys!!!  Nice to read your post from Pt Vernon Geoff!-  I've got some close friends and family at the Bay, so sure enough we'll be able to catch up for a sail in the near future... Cool
