Mistral 47, Mauisails Tr17 5.5 & Tribal Asy Speed 23 

Another Shotgun Sharbay mission.

The stars finally aligned, Tide looked perfect at around 11:30 with the wind building and good power on the 5.5, somehow i had tweeked my back the day before so i was a little stiff but that wasnt going to stop me.

First run 41knts, bear off section was super flat but bumpy through to the end of the run. 

With consitent 40knt runs I wanted to bump my 5x10 average up over 40knt which took about 6 runs, with 44knts in the bag I thought it was a good time to change to the 41 wide and 5.1 sail and bag some ridiculous numbers.

I rigged up with a 20 Asy fin by now the wind had gone nuclear, tide a little too low and the back was feeling every bit of chop on the way out. i attempted two runs both times i spun out as soon as i hit the choppy section and thought it was a good time to retire, super stoke but feeling there was more to have on that day if only the body was 100%.
