FF102. NP EVO 5.4, 28lessacher then F2 SXS90
Pretty good session with Tricky and Chris. The tide was flattening off nicely but 20 knots was not enough to be Rock-n-Rolling.
Still, enjoyable though
Hope to get in another session before Xmas but if not then Merry Xmas fellow Bogans

Boggy Lake. Good turnout 14 sailors out. 15-20 S. Pretty choppy but good fun. 5.5 Ezzy Cheetah on 80L Goya free/wave with 32 Leading Edge weedy. First time on the Goya thanks to Michael Sykes was easy to sail and comfortable in the chop.

1828 days ago MURRAY MOUTH 17 to 22 knots
7.8 mach 1 with 69cm 113L JP slalom, with 39 select euro fin the went to home shape 36 carbon.
south wind is a little tricky but good broad reach across the mouth on corrong side pulled 2 knots more with smaller fin,
pretty happy that the fin worked just as well as my brand new select.
raced the kiters and KILLED THEM haha
no real big gusts and just got less and less but happy to pull 30 with my eyes closed.
gybing on inside of the sand 1 m out was unreal.
good times

Some minor lulls about and a bit of chop to contend with, but big crowd out getting their sail on.
Awesome to see my mate Luke getting into the harness and straps after five years hiatus.
Nice pb Mike!

1828 days ago Boggy Lake, SA, AU 13 to 15.
Another fun after work session. Arrived to a strong breeze that started dropping as i was deciding what to rig. Hoping like last week the wind would get better but the opposite this week. Everyone started packing up and leaving. By the time i rigged there was only 3 of us left on the water. 2nd time on the 7m ka 2020 race and these sails are real special. Very powerful for size as the wind dropped back to 13 to 15 and kept swinging.
Unbelievable stable power and truck upwind like a steam train. Had a ball really in a pretty light wind - loved being able to point anywhere upwind downwind.
Great to see a massive turnout - Merry Christmas and happy new year Bogans - enjoy .

plenty on the water when i got there, seemed everyone was out for an early one. still a good day sailing
