1783 days ago Yea! we had some wind again! I have been out on the SUP and exploring new places. The channel North of the Akersten street is a slightly different angle and its bank has a steeper gradient so you can sail closer to it without hitting the bank. I sailed up there today to have a try and it was good. I was on the slalom board so didn't really need to sail too close to the bank as it was already flat as. Next step is to try the speed board there! Tide was 1.6m low and I feel this channel is even better at a lower tide.
Wind was 20 to 30knts NNW (at the beginning) moving to N during the session.

Lessons learned:
The channel entrance is opposite the most Northen batch (I started sailing into the wrong channel when sailing up but managed to bail before hitting the bottom).
My speed was not really any better than at Akersten (For the few runs I did, speeds in 2sec, 10sec and Alphas at Akersten where in the my top 5 of the session).
