Lake George, SA, AU Mistral speed 95 koncept 5.4 pepe 22 ff 22

Well, we're here for the weed so I can't complain about the weed but the lake level has dropped a bit more and the snot weed is tenacious, so much so that I gave up stopping and clearing the pepe and used the fangy and dropping a knot or two but was able to do longer runs. I could have used the 5.8 same as yesterday but the 5.4 was ok. I've just finished two nice fresh local fillets of mullet cooked in foil with butter and vegies so I'm good to go tomorrow!!!

Hmmm not sure what happened there, I only have the last half hour of a two hour session. Anyhoo, fun little unexpected splash around the paddocks on the big gear with my brother. Nothing special other than we timed the the short puff of breeze to perfection. Good to be on the water again.Laughing

Fun blast around with Andrea and Vic. One run down the mile then tried a few alphas. A beautiful afternoon on the water. Great to sail with Andrea before I return to work for an eleven day stretch and Andrea returns to the northern hemiphere spring.

I suspect vic was going for distance, if so it looked a good day to do it.
