Belmont Bay (Slipways), NSW, AU Foil session with a Peter Hands who is visiting from Melbourne for a few days to enjoy our lake. Only half a session forgot to turn GPS back on after my rest. Broke a harness line way down past sand islands (oh how we get used to them) killer sail home. Greg the Flog and Andy going up the bay.

Stingray Whisperer and 5.5m

Patchy gusty NW. Cruised up to Marmong with Greg, wind easing all the way. Super light for the first half of the return leg but then filled in nicely.

5-12kts NW- WNW  3 x  50-100m 20kts puffs Teralba, NSW, AU

 6.6m KA Koncept - WT64 - 33 Makani weedy

Consistent 15kts plus when i got there. Rigged for the gusts but buggerall by the time I got out.

So much for their 20kts all day W..Undecided

All by myself. Andrew & Greg foiled up from Coal and the wind turned west and dropped out just as they arrived. Ian had a look but didn't bother. Cluffy went out after I finished.

At least I didn't muff a gybe or fall in..

I'm hoping all this sailing in crappy conditions will mean I'll be a better sailor by summer..yeah right..Undecided
