Not a good day, , came in after being smashed around with too much board, too much sail and too much fin to realise I forgot to turn the GPS on.

Renee says, go out for one more run so you can post something. Big mistake, never go back out for " one more run".

Going out was ok, on the way back in, hit a submerged tree branch, spun out, stacked it big time, then got caught in the golden beach ripping outgoing tide , burying my sail under water and taking me for a ride, finally made the sand bank exhausted and muttering all sorts of profanities at the one more run idea. Got my breath back and made it back way up wind from launch spot, thanks tide.

Light wind arvo with Peter, Dave(Marsh), the speed groms and even George got out there. Good to see you made it back in tact Mike, hope you didn't break anything.

Didn't realise how big the board was Michael, wasn't easy in those conditions with a big board and a 7m + sail. I scraped through with the 7 m and JP 113 litre. 6.2 would of been better

Complicated zig zag Tony. But at least you could cruise to any place up or down wind , at wish.

unlike my boring straight line.

Thanks Colin, didn't break anything, just got dragged along by the tide, it really rips through here. Bummed I didn't turn the motion on.

Michael, The boats moored where they were yesterday didn't help at all, especially  the Yatch in the middle at the start of the speed run. They will be moved on soon.

GB is a bit challenging at times. But we don't have the traffic like shearwater or the train.

Thanks Moz, I've really enjoyed our week up here, it's a beautiful part of the world. The bank here is awesome in a northerly. For sure the train can get very crowded.

The one thing I've noticed is no matter where you go, windsurfers are very friendly and helpful.

We will be back for sure.
