yeeehar. Got a leave pass so decided to head south. The party was at Pt Grey so went over there and discovered it was not so windy, and quite gusty. Alby had rigged for the forecast and indicated it had been that way for some time. So back to liptons for the rest of the day. First run was NOT the fastest today. But the second one was. Somehow managed to hook a chunky gust and then miraculously nailed an afterburner... But that was the only one. Some solid bullets but smaller than my board so no chance to hook in and hang off the rig. It was all "im not powered up enogh to sit in the harness and can see a bullet..." boom and its done... into the lull and hope we can plane out of the gybe. Awsome fun though and great crew to hang with. yeeehar.
