Egg Island, Cape Cod. Nice little speed session in the W54, RB5.6, SD19. Good wind angle for the inner sand bar (which was partly flooded even close to low tide). Bummer the runs are so short, have to put on the brakes 35 seconds after starting, and the wind at the start is weak. But nice to be on speed gear again. Happy with a spot PB and my second fastest speed in the US.

was mostly a late-season underpowered cruised session in somewha choppy water, so opted to try for an hour time¦ some 45min into it a nice set of puffs blew thru that tempted me to break form and try some runs; but i stuck with the plan…

tied my hour PB only, but was the best time of this season, so i'll take it. and too bad the puffs didn't last long, as they were good to give a very good half-hour split (22.5!) and they would have helped me get some 30s or more high 29s for a better session average.
