NE 8-15kts - Fun sail with Nathan and Dave. Easterly not as strong as expected. Underpowered and hard work. Got the gear selection wrong, again.

We all react differently. Mark was fine that day but very sick and couldn’t warm up the next day the second jab not too bad and I had only a small headache with the first and fine with the second

I had a really bad time. I went into the emergency department twice to get checked  with a full range of side effects then I was so exhausted I spent the next week crashed out on the floor in front of the fire. I  was  worried I was getting  chronic fatigue.

I think I was already coming down with something the day that I  got it. I  was absolutely exhausted and run down. Usually I would have postponed but I'd been booked waiting for weeks and didn't want to delay the jab. I'm glad I got it . Most people ( especially older) don't get much of a reaction .

I did hear some horror stories from the younger nurses at the hospital.  I  imagine it's nothing compared to a bad dose of Covid.

The second jab I only got a really sore arm and one night of nightsweats. ( Astrazenica)
