Wind from the North today and looked a bit on/off but was not too bad once I got out. Enough to keep going on the 7.8. Many nice long runs in very flat water - probably the lowest I have seen the lake for a long time.

Alien 125, Duotone Supersession 5.0, Flow 1000 then Kode 103, Gator 6.0

Started on the foil. I wanted to try out my new Supersession in the 18 to 20 kts northerly. Wow, I really like foiling with small sails. I came in and changed to the bump and jump gear to try some jumping on the east side with Vando and Nick. That was also great fun.

good foiling day on the bay but was spoiled 

northerly winds blowing some swell into the beach which broke my mast when I left 5he rig in the water to put board on the beach.
