Did some ploughing with the WT Cruise but simply could not get it up and planing. For a large volume board it can be annoying sticky when the wind is marginal. I spat the dummy and came in for the Barge. Thereafter I spent the rest of the arvo in my happy place kicking back on the old plastic slab. I tried alpha's again and yet again went too wide - my best results came from the choppy end! All in all, a not too shabby day out with Statler and Fin.

More fun at Pt Grey, not as much as yesterday, couldn't get into my alpha channel, wind didn't have quite as much w in it, also channel had dissapeared, water was lower and weed higher, making it harder to get through.

But still plenty of flat on the edge of the weed. Used same gear as yesterday, 55board 6.2 sail and 20cm deltoid fin.

The scud beat me out, and I beat hardie, waricle was a no starter, saving himself for Albany.
