Quick session, the tide was reaaly high so it was a choppy sail. A nice solid breeze and perfectly powered up on my 6.2.
Happy days. Cannot wait for my new SL 78 carbon art. I got excited and ordered a new 6.2 M4 overdrive.

1088 days ago Peel Inlet, WA, AU Fabulous sail @Point Grey, Liptons Bay was very gusty and choppy running in. Either hit a big stingray or the arseholes have put car tyres down again, so be careful in Liptons Bay as the crabs are back and the Stngrays fiesting on them and there's possibly car tyres that need removing again. 1088 days ago Peel Inlet, WA, AU CA 66 SCR6.3 tws31 Sunny seabreeze afternoon sail with Scudmeister, Elmo, Decrepit, Hards and Reg. I spent most of the session over at Point Grey. Fin was a bit big but lots of good runs as the breeze increased. 😎

1088 days ago Another fun Liptons session, started a bit underdone on the 48, 5.7 and 19 deltoid. Wind was a bit gusty with holes in the boat channel. so basicaly stayed at PT Grey, where the main gusts lined up with the edge of the weed, making some nice smooth runs. Tried some alphas, but couldn't find a gust that lasted the whole way. This is my best one, wind wasn't quite strong enough when I exited the gybe, took a while to get back into good wind and accelerate.
Here's another example of the different way the GW60 calculates alpha separation. The watch doesn't show this alpha, I guess because it thinks it's too wind. Luckily trackpoints has it right on 50m Doppler must have it a bit over.

1st sail in just over 3 weeks.
Last one on the water, got some advice before rigging that it was a bit patchy, so didn't muck around went the big sail as I only wanted to go back an forth.
Didn't notice any patchiness, didn't have to pump the sail either. Nicely powered up enjoying the lumpy goodness!
Could've done with a bit more down haul as the nose of the board was getting pushed down a bit, still lots of fun and my arm is not hurting to badly so all is good with my world.
