el bog, a very angry swing around 3pm, then settled into a ssw to 20kts

isonic90, Mach5 6.2m and Tribal WS29.  Not many out, Chris D and I sailed the best of it, with the carp largely absent, until later in the day up the top in the speed run when they appeared in numbers. that was cue to get off the water - that and the wind moderating, altho still plenty sailable as we packed up around 5:30pm.

great session, first real seabreeze?

Murray mouth - 15 to 20 with a couple of stronger gusts.

Fun arvo with Daishy and Stash.  Haven't sailed Murray mouth for a long time.  Very different to how it used to be especially with the amount of water opening up the river mouth and the brown water makes it hard to see sandbars.

Didn't take long with a little instruction to work out where to go but still managed a couple of shallow spots - weed speed just needs a clean up.

Managed to get an hour in and had some fun runs along the nice sandy bank - shame it wasn't stronger and the 2 kiters wanting to ride along side the sand bank to do tricks made it a little tricky lol.

Only managed a few 30 knots runs along the bank but managed several 33's heading back to shore after smashing through the chop at river mouth and found a nice little section for a few squirts.

Alphas were a lot of fun along the sand bank.

Ended the day heading up 5 to 10 k's and had a run back to shore with Daishy - was fun but a little scepticle with the amount of sand bars on the way back.

Great day and definitely a spot to try again... loved it!!

Good session after a long time of no sailing and covid a week ago.

Pete and Carl, was a pleasure gents, you guys were relentless!

The mouth is so much better without the dredges there. The best is yet to come, i reckon, once the Murray water level drops.

Bring on the summer!!!Cool
