I think this was my first time on a slalom board since perhaps 2016/17
I struggled with fitness on most runs and had to have a breather at the end of each in and out leg
Luckily a fall while gybing made it easy to do.
Theres no doubt sailing anything with a foil is far less taxing…
Nice to catch up with Elmo on the beach as well!
