A beautiful day for sailing, Gloria, you would have loved it. Sunshine, moderate wind, not too choppy, good company.

I found my technique was still there but my strength was not. I struggled to sheet in sufficiently in the gybes, and was a bit tentative about carving hard. Foot pulled up OK but a bit sore after a few gybes.

Good to see team mate Topcat in person at a sailing location for the first time. 

Coodanup, WA. My second run here and starting to get the hang of the place. Had an enjoyable afternoon going for the hour and alpha and made some gains there. Met Fangy and Waricle and had a chat to Anita before hitting the water, rounding out a pleasant day. AV68/WS25/Turbo 7.8

Found a couple of lulls, which killed the hour, but mostly there was plenty of pressure for the small kit
