5-10kts few patches 10-13kts NNW- NW Grant st -Coal Point, NSW, AU

7.5m Turbo- 125ltre Tabou bullit - 38cms Tectonics weed demon

I should have gone out earlier. It looked to be a pretty consistent 10-12kts when I arrived but died to a patchy 5kts with some 8-10kts once I hit the water.

I spent most of the session trying to get upwind to have a safety margin before I had a go.Another 5kts and I could have used the WT and ripped upwind.

I didn't really expect to get going but had a few blats which were a lot of fun in the pretty flatwater.

Good gybe practise . If I didn't keep the weight forward and get everything right I was in the drink.

Nice and mild , partly sunny and no rain for a change so that was nice. Cool

A great workout for when we finally do get some wind.

 Just Andrew & I.

The lake was pretty quiet for a LWE.

Marmong Point, NSW, AU. Old school! Formula 175 with 65cm fin, 8.5 Severne overdrive. Awesome! First time out for a month or so, arms turned to jelly after half an hour. Hopefully back into it tomorrow.

Marmong Point, NSW, AU

Mistral Devil, 6.5m Sailworks Retro, Axis 1099.

Only out for just over an hour but enjoyable and testing at the same time. Gusty NW but still plenty of power between gusts.

Headed up to Teralba area for the flatter water. Watched Byron flying around and managed a short chat.

Managed to fly the length of the bay a few times and attempted alphas with various levels of success.

Easy takeoffs today and concentrated on stable flight while over-powered.

Everyone at Marmong was happy with the session even if it was NW.

Marmong Point, NSW, AU

The early light/medium westerly turned into a nice N/W (10-15 knots) mid afternoon..

The regular Marmong crew timed this nicely and had a good for a westerly sail in the N/W wind.

Great foil flying Byron. We see you doing those six-seven hundred m. sprints from the club house. Holy moly that’s quick.
