Ended up being a solid 15-20, Neil and I would have rigged smaller if we'd known but just hung on to big gear. Needed a rest and coffee about 3ish then sailed till 4pm. Walkman (7801km):  5 categories Surprising wind well in excess of the forecast. iSonic 120 was a bit harsh in the conditions and I eventually went to 115 Exocet paired with the same 7.8 OD to finish off. Better water up toward green beacon. Out with Pete , a couple of dingers and a couple of kiters.
