Well that was mint. First seabreeze session for the season, and it's only 9 September
Rocked up and it looked fresh, and I could see Lunny fanging around on what I assumed to be a 7, so I rigged the Hydro 91 + 725 wing + went to bust out the 7.0...oops, wrong boom (with RDM clamp V SDM mast).
Dang. Rerigged the 9.0 HG5 and kept the 725 wing and got on the water just before 5.
I was lit early on, when it was easy 18-20K (perfect 7.0 weather), but then it mellowed, and it was 2-3K lighter inshore, so the big rag was nice insurance, and I mostly flew out of my gybes.
The puff was gone by 6, so it was a short sesh, but damn it was nice out there and I'm looking forward to another summer at Rocko
