7th Wing attempt

2 sec 3.8kts - 2.5kms distance

Nicest attempt so far. Not enough wind but the gusts were nice and gave me good wing practise. In the strongest I got the wing vertical to go upwind so I was happy.

 Lulls were tiring. I had to bend my front arm because the top arm muscle was too painful and I drifted sideways.

 Found out my previously broken ribs don't like lying down and paddling so I'll have to avoid that..

 The longest runs I've done and I managed to stand start and kneel start. Flat water makes it a lot easier.

 Looking forward to a go there in decent wind.

 By myself. Everyone else arrived later. Next time I'll sail later.I didn't want to get home too late but struck gridlock at Warners bay and took 25 mins to go from Mt Hutton Road to Pippies. 1.30hr to get home..
