At last, a good, strong NE/E coming in at the club. Wasn't easy getting out and some of the gusts over 20knots for sure but it's all good training.
Tomorrow is supposed to be a bit less strong.

Well windy day today. Sail a little big but managed to man handle it just. Need to get the fitness up if I'm going to get more kms.
Plenty of people at the club on fin and foil with a few wind wings

5 days ago Jimmy, beach, nsw. Gnarly. Strong Nor easter. Happy that i handled it fine. So many nice gybes, can feel last years progress alot and finding out more secrets by the day, to the holy grail. Tried a fin i just got, unkown 41cm carbon. Only a couple of spinouts which were clearly from pushing too hard underpowered and upwind. Other than that it felt good. Lifted me once a little awkwardly going downwind but i survived.
Took mrs back to camp and waited for bit to go back and try nauti but it was a bit strong later for the sail i think. Gusty in close to the flatter stuff.
Once again, no idea how that wasn't much faster. Nuking, driving off the wind, cant imagine going much faster in it but alas, measly mid 20's seems like it for me here. That's do, fast enough. In 15kts i can do 23kts on the 92cm board. Buggered if i know how to go that much faster than the strong wind. Was 25kts NE today.

E-NE 15-25 knots
Strongest breeze I have tried on a foil.
Crazy gusts up to 30 knots I reckon. Some good runs but never fully powered up. Not skilful enough.
Plenty of boats racing and lots of capsizes which was the order of the day.
