Barely enough wind but was planing most of the time. Sadly my muscles hadn't fully recovered from Sunday's session, so I couldn't make the most of it. 

That's what you get for not sailing over the winter, especially when your muscles are slow to recover like mine.

At least it was warm and sunny and the company was good.

I am starting to remember a few things about gybing.

I knew Friday was offerring more wind but had other commitments.
