15 days ago Lilacs, Albany, WA. Decent power today on 7.0. Morning session started at low tide and was quite draggy when I was foolish enough to try to use the alpha markers, or sail anywhere nearby, so took a break to let the water rise a bit. Second session had nice water levels and a good wind direction for the nauti run. Had three decent runs, but was still adjusting gear and finding the fastest path when my boom broke - fortunately at the end closer to Lilacs. I've had some sessions in the past where bad things happened after the first problem, so I called it a day, even though Anita offered to let me use her boom for the afternoon. Nina is still out there having fun...
